Doing my good deed for the day …..

So this morning when I was waiting for the bus an elderly lady came along to the bus stop. She hasn’t lived locally for very long as I saw the house she came from and it’s the one my friend lived in until last year. She was fumbling about in her bag for her bus pass. She removed a scarf , gloves, and umbrella, in order to find her bus pass. She sat in front of me on the bus and got off before the main town centre. Just before the bus got to the town centre a lady got off and as she passed by she picked up the scarf that belonged to the lady from my bus stop. She had obviously left it behind. I mentioned it to the driver as I got off and said I would take it and return it to her. I wasn’t sure he would let me do that , or whether it had to go to their lost property. Anyway, he was cool with it. I’m just about to pop it back to the lady now. Good deed of the day.
