The 1980's are so old!

For a long time, when I looked at pictures from the 80s they looked quite normal to me, but now all I can think is how old fashioned it all looks. The movies, fashion etc. look like it's from a different universe. Of course, it's bound to happen that one day every generation will slip out of "that's normal' to "you wore that," from your grand kids. What decade seems old to you?

Every decade seems old to me except for this one. I’m into the new trends, at least the ones that are suitable for an old bag like me

@misunderstood_zombie Technology is not my forte. I am helpless without help, and my husband is worse than I am. I can’t wait to go back north for my kids to help me. My granddaughter fixed my phone in 3 seconds to get it to ring. I also asked her to show me how to do it. Her fingers flew so fast and guess what? I have to go to Verizon for them to get my phone to ring. And omg, thank you so much! You made my day!

@DianneN Even though I think I do well with technology, my grandson was looking at my phone and found oh so many pages open, and once he closed them, my phone worked better, so I know what you mean.

Everything from before I was born in 1963 seems old fashioned now... I'm still young, innocent and fresh as a daisy, though.

Yeah the 80's does seem old. I watched a 89 movie and it was crazy. I was born in 1980. The 60's and 70's seem old to me. When I read a book set in decades past, I have to remind myself they didn't have the internet or cell phones back then.

I don't think any decade I have lived through seems old. The 60,s , some things are still quite fresh in my mind. Time has flown by but nothing seems old
