Joys of Walking

One of the ways I combat stress is through walking. I often walk when things get too heavy or complicated; it helps me clear my mind. I walk not to improve my physique, but to clear my head. The benefits it gives my body—regular walking helps with circulation, supports heart health, and keeps my joints moving without putting too much strain on them—are an added but very welcome bonus.

I like to walk for many different reasons also. It's healthy for many reasons and like you said it can clear your head.

I go for a hour walk every day. Walking is good for every part of your body.
