Joys of Walking

One of the ways I combat stress is through walking. I often walk when things get too heavy or complicated; it helps me clear my mind.
I walk not to improve my physique, but to clear my head. The benefits it gives my body—regular walking helps with circulation, supports heart health, and keeps my joints moving without putting too much strain on them—are an added but very welcome bonus.

I love walking but I don't get the time because of household chores.

When I don't have that much time, I usually walk even for just 5 minutes inside the house,

Yes walking will somehow clear your mind, especially if you will do it in a more quiet place with lots of trees.

I do a lot of walking. I too find it clears my head. If I have things to think about or work out and I stay indoors, often my mind wanders or I think of jobs to be done. Going out for a walk means that can’t happen and I can stay focused.

I used to walk for miles just for fun, listening to my headphones. Unfortunately, I have arthritis, now, and the doctor doesn't want me to walk too much. I can still get about 2-3000 steps a day without pain, but above that, my hip starts to hurt.

It is so smart to do. Have you ever seen those memes where it is like a person that says time to go on a stupid walk for my stupid mental heath so I can feel happy later lol
