Gammon and fried potatoes for tea.

We always have delicious food at my Moms. She is a brilliant cook. Tonight we are having boiled gammon with fried potatoes. Oh so yummy. Sometimes we have the gammon with cheesey leeky mash. Nice to have a change though and have something different. I have already had a home made blueberry muffin but I may need another one after tea……

It’s from the hind leg of the pig …..a cut of pork. Pork is grey but gammon is pink.
