Look what we had for Dinner tonight
It is Cows Liver, Green Beans and more of my lovely home made Chips
The Liver came from the same Farm Shop butcher where we bought the Rump Steak I told y,all about yesterday
And very good it was too. Probably the best lover I have ever tasted
Yvonne liked it too,
Have you eaten Liver before ,

The internal offal of an animal, omg if hate can extend that far I wouldn't want to cross you.

I hate liver..It was from a cow or calf. I have no use for it, and even hate the smell of it. I hate anything that I can taste liver in it such as pate or liverwurst, or I think braunschweiger has it in. I don't like that either.

I wanted to have bacon with ours as well but Yvonne did not
I made my gravy in the pan I fried the liver and onions in
I bet you can cook liver to perfection

Chicken and beef liver.
When I was a child I didn't like it but learned to enjoy it in my adulthood.
