Rib Appetizer For Lunch

We went to our usual Friday lunch place, Texas Roadhouse, and I had the Killer Rib Appetizer without any sauce and no sides. Just meat. I ate about 3/4 of it. I can't eat much in one sitting. The server was new to us and he brought us extra food and extra drinks and extra bread to bring home. It's sunny outside and I'm happy to be alive. How's your Friday the 13th shaping up?

I wish I could cook a meal for you. I know, I know, you’re fine with restaurant food, but there is nothing like a home cooked meal. Although, let’s be real @MarieCoyle would do better. Odds are you are a yummy cook too!

Amber, I have always enjoyed cooking. It's just good medicine for me, gives me thinking time and I can get creative if I want to. I have a feeling you are a good cook, too.

@MarieCoyle @AmbiePam but the bigger problem is that I don't like FOOD. It's a psychological disorder of some kind I'm sure. But I just don't like food in general. I like protein bars and protein shakes and up until 55 days ago, chocolate.

I'm glad you had a good day. I wrapped up in my blanket around 7:30 pm and had a short nap. Nothing else going on.

I just made a large pot of beanie weenies. It is complete cloudy outside (even though the forecast claims it's sunny right now) and looks like it could start pouring any minute. Pretty and I don't have any plans for today so it doesn't matter what the weather does today.

I just did a bit of grocery shopping and will chill for a bit. Maybe I'll score some BBQ soon. My place is in Berkeley, about 15 miles away, though.
