Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope you are all having a nice day. (There is another Friday the 13th in March too. Just FYI.) I got some of those conversation candies for the kids.
So its February 14th, Valentine's Day. I don't have any great stories or romantic ones about this day. The nicest thing my ex ever did was try to make it our anniversary but that didn't work. What a thing to have happen on such a nice day.
So, anyone doing anything fun or out of the ordinary today?
I remember back in grade school when we gave Valentines to the other kids. That was about the most fun I ever had on that day.
What did one tangerine say to the other on Valentine's Day? Orange you sweet?
What did Han Solo say to Princess Leia on Valentine's Day? Yoda one for me.
What did the two rocks pledge at their wedding? To never take each other for granite.
What did the omelet say to the toast on Valentine's Day? You're eggs-actly my type.

Sorry about your ex. That’s not very romantic.
I also loved exchanging V cards in school. Those were the good old days.
Happy Valentine’s Day to you, too. Hubs and I are going to stay home and watch movies together rather than going out to an overly hyped dinner and trying to be romantic in a room full of strangers.2 people like this

Happy Valentines Day to you. I have fond memories of exchanging Valentine cards in Elementary School. My husband and I are staying home today. Nothing special planned.

Valentine's Day is just another day at home just working inside the home after my relatives went to the grocery store to buy needed items.
