What Valentine's Day is not
My wife and I took our Valentine's dinner at our fave eatery near the public plaza. Then we proceeded to the plaza. Sitting in one of steel benches there while we're recollecting our good memories while we're lovers before during our high school days.
By now no more gifts. No more flowers and for us Valentine's day isn't only for sweethearts or lovers but it's also for family and friends.
The most memorable Valentine's day for us is when our grandchildren the twins with their parents visited us late in the afternoon and took our snacks together at the snack bar where we used to eat.

Wonderful !! You have lived a very happy married life. I highly appreciate it. Love sweetens a relationship My mother and father both got married years ago. Perhaps 50 or more years, but they are still best friends of each other. Neither of them can live without the other.
