Am I an Ostrich or an Eagle?

For many years I didn't vote. I didn't take it seriously. I grew up in a family of Republicans. It was all so different back in the 80s and 90s. Then there was Trump.
When I married, I changed because my husbands were so dramatic and outspoken. I'm more of a Democratic or Libertarian today. Leaning more even to getting away from the Democratic party. They have shown themselves to be rather weak the last few years.
Yes, just being an ostrich and hiding my head in the sand until I started to hear things and needed to learn more.
An eagle? Maybe not but I am so frustrated I wanted to know what Trump is up to and learn how we can fight him. I listen to those I find trustworthy and those who feel as I do. The legal experts who are retired college teachers or such as that.
There are a lot of suing going on. It all takes time but lawyers across the country are not letting Trump get away with some of the atrocities he is trying without a fight. That makes it a bit easier to sleep at night.
I saw a young lady on YouTube who has about a 6 MILLION following on there break down yesterday and did about an hour-long stream about how scary it has become. She was in tears." What are we going to do?" That was her question.
One thing we can do is stay informed. I would much rather know who the enemy is and how others are fighting him (and a few ideas on what I might be able to do) than stay in the dark and know absolutely nothing.
What are your thoughts?

All votes count. I just hope there isn't any shenanigans on Trump's part.

I am hoping some of this suing has a negative effect on him at some point. The next election must not go Republican.

Those I listen to say it has. I am hopeful. No, Republicans can't get this next election.

To keep my anxiety down to make my nervousness recede, I am an ostrich that keeps to myself in my four walls and keep creating hidden by a PC screen,

That is smart. I pretty much do the same. I just like to know what's going on in the world because Trump is such a creep.

I did that for a lot of years. I won't while Trump is in office. I want to know what is going on.
