I miss being able to eat M&M's but they contain Carnuba Wax, which apparently I'm allergic to. I had a protein pastry (like a poptart) yesterday and reacted to it and lo and behold it had carnuba wax in it. Did you know that M&Ms are named after their creators, Forrest Mars and Bruce Murrie? Which flavor or type of M&M do you like best?

I’m not a big chocolate candy eater, but I do like peanut M&Ms the best. I just haven’t had any in ages.

I prefer peanut M&Ms. But also like the ones with caramel centers, too.
