Yes, we married. The warden tried to talk me out of it. He went over DN's record and I appreciated his input. I didn't tell him that this was all an adventure. DN, my daughter and I had a few conjugal visits. I bought the groceries and we stayed in a trailer that set out behind the prison for two nights. He had to be a very good inmate for a long period of time before we were allowed this bit of freedom. When they did happen DN was good with my daughter, he was good with me too. Very loving and kind. DN got into some trouble during a riot and was sent to Walla, Walla, Washington. This prison was at that time one of the hardest ones in the country. Bad men were incarcerated there. DN was a bad inmate. I won't tell you it all but I'm sure you can imagine. His life inside prison was not pretty. It was bad enough that I realized I did not want my daughter and myself subjected to it after he got out. So, I divorced him. He did get out and got a trucking job. He came through Boise one time after I had married my 4th husband who is now my ex. He wanted to see me. My daughter saw him and took him to my mother's place where he spent the night and waited in hopes I would come see him. My now ex was a jealous man and would not allow me to go see him. I didn't push it. Later I saw him on Myspace and messaged him. He was hateful and I don't blame him. He had remarried and seemed happy. That was best. I know. It is a gruesome story and one I am not totally proud of. But it was an adventure and one I learned about life from. I wouldn't change any of it. He was never mean to me. He was very kind and I think he really cared for me. I am sorry if I hurt him, but I am just not out for a forever love anymore. One was enough. It floundered and I won't go that route again. I found the love of my life and lost him. But that's another tale.
