The Mister has tennis elbow !

So The Mister came back from work yesturday feeling very sorry for himself. His arm is very painful with tennis elbow.
Unfortunately his work is very physical and this is causing him great pain and problems at work.
He has suffered with this before.
So although it is nearly lunch time he is still in bed …..not like him.
I wanted to go out today as we have vouchers for a free visit to a national trust venue but that’s not happening now !

He doesn't get paid if he doesn't work so time off isn't really an option. He has to suffer it.

I'm sorry your hubby is in pain. Do you make up ice packs for him to use on the elbow? I hope he feels better soon.

I'm sorry to hear that. It's awful having a sore limb and still having to use it to work.
