Why would he live like that?

So I was in a neighbour's house the other day delivering a parcel that we took in for him
He lives like a pig.
How house is a mess
It stinks of piss
It's dirty
Bags of rubbish lying every where.
Cig ends on the floor
A sinkful of dirty dishes
He wasn't the least embarrassed about the state of the place
First time I had seen it
It's not like he is stupid,
He is always clean looking and doesn't himself smell that I noticed.
So why would he live like that?
Why the hell would anyone live like that

Mayybe they sad, maybe they just do not understand how bad its got. I seen people just throw crap everywhere and go I will get that in a minute. Sometimes its careless and distracted and sometimes its just people sad, do not care anymore. Sometimes it is a strategy, if it keeps people out of my house. They want to be left alone that much., which I group with sad.

Well this guy never has visitors
He said I was the only one he could trust with the parcel
I was almost sick though with the smell in the house

I wonder if some people love to live at such a dirty space. Don't they have time to clean it As a teenager I had come across an elderly man who had just a single room and hemanage to keep it neat and clean.

He might be very lazy and therefore is untidy. Lazy people don't like to work and therefore keep their surroundings dirty.

I have a cluttered home; but it's clean. I can't imagine living like that.
