If you’re a kid, maybe you won’t feel so bad listening to songs from 1986…until you realize that was now forty years ago! Unlike the 1976 list, 1986 is going to be a deep dive into college rock. That’s what I was into then, and 1986 was a magical year for college rock. A number of acts who were still playing in clubs then released albums and went on to be arena acts. And, as you’ll see as the month progresses, I was listening to anything that I found good…so you’ll find classic rock and country in here as well!
