Sunday …..but no roast ! The Mister is unwell !

Well, we usually go to my Moms on a Sunday for lunch, and it is always a roast dinner. This week though we have tickets for a free visit to a National Trust venue. There are several locally that we haven’t visited yet, so I made a shortlist of places so that we could choose one. However, The Mister has taken to his bed. He is suffering. He is unwell. And being a man it is ten times worse than anything a female has ever suffered ! I do have sympathy for him, honestly …. It does mean though that we are now unable to have our day out and it’s the last day for the tickets. Never mind, they will do the free tickets again ….usually Autumn time. Can’t help but feel disappointed though !
