Pork loin steaks and cauliflower cheese for tea.

When I was out today I noticed a pack of three pork loin steaks. On special offer…..even better.
I remembered I still had some cauliflower left and I can easily make a cheese sauce to go with that.
So tonight’s tea is going to be pork loin steaks with cauliflower cheese and fried potatoes.
I think it’s going to be tasty……

What is a Bing cherry ? Is a brand name or variety ? I read you put it the other day too and I meant to ask.

@LindaOHio my Nan used to work in a greengrocers and as soon as the cherries would come I season she would bring me a big bag full of them.

I have no clue. I thought I was baking the pork loin roast with potatoes and onions tonight for dinner but I don't feel like I can do that. *shrug* We'll have it another day and I'll ask Pretty if she can make me a sandwich or something easy.

I love cauliflower cheese but I never have it. I should make some just for myself.
