Nameste..today is yoga day. I was debating about going today thinking I might just do steps instead, but I enjoy the class, and think all the stretching is good for me. Most of the stuff is pretty easy, but some of the stuff she throws in there seems almost impossible. She just tells everyone "Do your best, as the room breaks into laughter with people trying to twist into a pretzel shape, and I always thought I was flexible.. What are you up to today? Anything challenging?

At least you're enjoying the class which is the main thing. I'm at work in the office today. Hopefully, it's not super busy. So far so good though. Hopefully it stays that way.

@dodo19 Oh that sounds a bit stressful. Maybe not so much when everything goes according to plan.

Good luck with those exercises. When I look how flexible my husband was doing Yoga and how he is now, unbelievable how much he changed!

Yeah, I plan to keep up with it. What I really want is some night time yoga to destress before bed. I know they have some videos on youtube.

@snowy22315 - There are many interesting videos on YouTube. I exercise every day, one in the family with problems is enough.

I went to the dentist for a cleaning. They had a sudden opening, and that had been paid for a couple of weeks ago. At least that’s off the list of things to get done.

It is pretty fun. However, this is not an ongoing thing. I think she goes around to different libraries and community centers. March may be it for here. However, I can do the stuff at home when I want to.

So happy you are enjoying your yoga class. It is great for stretching and flexibility. I had to stop going to classes here. We only have one car, and hubs takes it in the mornings for errands and now physical therapy. I do what I remember when I remember in the condo. Some of those moves are really difficult!!!

Yes, they are. You could also do it with a YouTube video. I have done that a few times. I have been thinking again about doing bedtime yoga to get me relaxed.

Enjoy your yoga. All that stretching and twisting will certainly limber you up. All my exercise today will be mopping the floors and cleaning the bathroom. I get all my stretching from trying clean behind the toilet
