Boiled Banana Peels?

I just read where you can boil banana peels for 10-15 minutes, strain, add cinnamon and sweetener and make banana tea. It is rich in potassium, magnesium and is good for digestion, as a sleep aid ,and makes a great fertilizer for plants. Never heard of banana tea before.

That sounds interesting and I've never heard of banana tea either. Are you going to try it?

I know that bananas are rich in Potassium but I’ve never heard of banana tea before ! Are you going to try it ?

@Traceyjayne I'm tempted to try it as I like bananas and adding cinnamon & sweetener certainly sounds like it would be tasty as well as healthy.

I think I’ll just stick to eating the inside of the banana.
