Well, I came back home today from spending time with Mom, The Mister was back home today from work.
I didn’t really feel like cooking tonight , given the week we’ve had and the day it is ,and The Mister suggested an Indian takeaway.
We haven’t had one for a while and it is only a ten minute car ride away.
Anyway, we are not very adventurous ….i have chicken tikka masala, The Mister has a slightly hot chicken curry. We share pilau rice and a naan bread.
We have free popodoms and dip as a starter….i love that dip too.
What do you get from the takeaway ?

@traceyjayne We’ve had a strange day what with the bare-assed plumber installing a new radiator and moving stuff about in the house to accommodate him - had to lift carpet in my daughter’s room because it was sodden from the leak, so we ordered in pizza tonight. It wasn’t very nice.

@Traceyjayne I love anchovies, jalapeños and red onion. And then more anchovies. It’s only now that the vision of that bottom is beginning to fade. I hope I don’t have a nightmare about it.

No one in my family likes Indian food, and only one of my friends likes Indian food. So I don’t get to eat it often. My friend who likes Indian food says we need to go get some because he doesn’t like to eat alone, and I’m the only one who will eat it with him.

Sometimes we make Indian foods at home but there aren't any Indian restaurants close to where we live. I can't eat hot/spicy foods so it's safer for us to just make it ourselves. (We usually add meat to a dish that is supposed to be vegetarian.

I usually get butter chicken as I know it won't be too hot.
