Chilli con carne for tea

Well, I couldn’t decide what to do for tea this evening. The Mister said chilli, so chilli it was, we went to the supermarket ….we were already in town ….and I got all we needed….
Got home, went to the cupboard ….no sauce mix…..I usually keep plenty in there as it’s one of his favourites…
So, he had to dash to the local store to get a mix….we could have had something else but he had set his mind on chilli.
Anyway, pleased to say we enjoyed our chilli and rice with garlic bread.

Cousin #2 made me some meals and put them in the freezer. As soon as I"m done here I will have chicken patties, broccoli and tater tots. May have some yogurt too.

I ate a sausage, egg and cheese croissant this morning for breakfast and had a barbecue chicken sandwich this evening for dinner.
