Roast chicken today …..my yummy favourite….. / myLot

Sunday Sunday …roast dinner day …l Today we had roast chicken ,roast potatoes, broccoli, cauliflower, stuffing and gravy. For pudding Mom and The Mister had strawberry cheesecake. I had Baileys cheesecake. As usual it was absolutely delicious…. What have you had to eat today ?

I had some blueberry goat cheese, but I’m about to have a beef enchilada.

I think you have mentioned blueberry goat cheese before ….ive never tried it . I also have never had beef enchiladas …..I have seen them being made though ….on a cookery programme.

Thank you , I will give her your good wishes ….when I spoke to her earlier she said that she is still in pain …..but ….the rash had started to blister , apparently that is a good sign, it’s starting to get better.

@Traceyjayne I hope I'm wrong but I think the symptoms/pain can return from time to time for short spells.
