Little Rock Arkansas resident Joshua Carroll who worked as a volunteer firefighter suffered a heart attack about 10 months ago had the pleasure to personally thanks members of the Metropolitan Emergency Medical Services (EMES) on Friday personally.
The members of the MEMS are grateful that Joshua requested a meeting with the first responders who saved his life since it is rare for a person that they save request a meeting to thank them personally.
I just wonder since Joshua is part of the first responders family, did he ask to meet his rescuers out of the kindness or his heart or was he was being sincere to be able to serve his community?
I think Joshua did this act out of being grateful to be able to live again.

It is good to give thanks for such acts, even if they are part of the job descrption, as heart-given thanks is always appreciated, by all it is given too.

I'm glad Joshua was able to thank the first responders in person.
