So, today’s question is ….. Do you like a Scotch egg ? Do you know what a Scotch egg is ? I am not even sure that they are known around the world. I love scotch eggs , I make my own ….. Anyway, I make my own scotch eggs ….i love them ….

No, they are really easy. Hard boiled egg wrapped in sausage meat, dip in flour and then egg, coat in breadcrumbs and either deep fry or oven bake….i do them in the air fryer….

I had to ask Siri what a scotch egg was even though I’ve heard a European mylotter mention it before. I’ve never had one, but I’d love to try one, at least once. They sound tasty.
