Which daily chore do you refuse to let a robot or AI do for you? -

It feels like 2026 is the year where there’s a 'smart' version of everything. We’ve got robot vacuums that don’t get stuck anymore, AI that writes our grocery lists, and even machines that fold laundry.
But for me, I refuse to let a robot take over cooking for my family. There is something about the smell of the ingredients and the 'soul' you put into a meal that an AI just can’t replicate. It feels too mechanical! Also, i have watched alot of movies about robots, where they became villains and kill the people. So the robot might poistion my family lol.

Well I don't own a robot
So I do all my chores myself
AI can go to hell as well, if I am ever so inclined that I need AI to do anything for me I would gladly die

I would not want a robot in my house.

I am one of those odd folks who have very little technology in my house or my car. I have a laptop. I do not have a smart phone at all- not in my car, either. Just me and my hands and whatever brains I can muster.

We should actually try to get back to that.

I’m not sure. But I feel like I’d still be hesitant to let it handle my daily chores. The only thing I might allow is something simple like sweeping the floors for maintenance, like those small round robot vacuums that move around the house.
