I had to change my insurance this year to Humana and decided to go with their mail order pharmacy, Center Well Pharmacy since the one I used here wasn't listed as one Humana used. I have had nothing but problems with them. They always sent enough for three months and then wanted to send me more the very next month. Why? It got very frustrating. I can only tell them so many times I don't want to be on autofill before I begin to think there is a language barrier of some kind. For instance: One time I got an email saying they were going to send my prescriptions to me. I already had more than enough. I would call them and state it all over again. No autofill please! Don't send the prescriptions. Two or three days later I would get them anyway. I finally filed a grievance. They were very nice and said everything should be okay now. Sure it was. I am still getting the emails and when I called today, they said they would take me off the autofill. I was never supposed to be on autofill! That's it. I'm done.
I called Humana Customer Service and asked for the pharmacies in my area. I am finding that there is one that will be very convenient, so I have cancelled the Center Well service. The other pharmacy has my information, and I called the doctor's office to let them know about the change.
It can't be that hard.

It's amazing sometimes how companies just can't seem to get stuff right.
