Apple pancakes for breakfast, they hit the spot. I was looking for something else at the store yesterday, but saw these fried apples in a can..had not had them for years..but since I was making pork chops for din..I thought these might be good with them, and they were There were more in the can and was thinking I would put them on pancakes this AM. So good reminded me of when I used to work in a pancake house in HS. So much deliciousness! What did you have for breakfast?

I like to have warmer breakfasts when it is chilly outside. Not super chilly outside or in, but a warm breakfast sounded good today.

@snowy22315 I cannot eat anything hot anymore, like I used to, until lunch.
I used to have 1 fried egg every morning with my coffee, but I remember 1 morning, when I was early into my first pregnancy, my stomach did a 360 while the egg was cooking, I didn't even run to the bathroom, I was closer to the back door, and it was cold outside, so I just opened the door and stuck my head out and it passed. But no more hot meals early for me.

Can you get apples at all? You could probably make them at home. In fact, they would likely be better for you.

Those apples with pork chops sound soooo good. I have to keep that in mind.
Never thought to put them on pancakes either but here you gave me two good suggestions for shaking up my boring "go to" meals.
This morning I had my usual English Muffin with peanut butter and some cantaloupe.
