So we are having my Mom round at ours tomorrow for Mother's Day lunch. I have just made the pudding. Brioche bread and butter pudding with whiskey…… Oh my days it is delicious ….. It is a variation on one that a well known chef here James Martin made….but I have made it better ….ha ha ha …. Anyway, it is a favourite of mine and Mims so I know it will be enjoyed …. The Mister doesn’t do puddings so he is having ice cream….. What’s your favourite pudding ?

Once in a while Pretty will ask me to make banana pudding for our desserts. It's easy enough to do but we don't have it very often.

@Traceyjayne Oh, it's easy. you buy banana pudding mix and make it according to the package. Line a smaller baking pan with vanilla wafers (cookies), cut a banana into slices and then gently pour the banana pudding over everything being careful not to rearrange the cookies and bananas and put it in the fridge until the pudding sets up. It's delicious!

I’ve never had whiskey. So is your mom feeling much better? I love rice pudding. Pudding itself is not usually something I eat, but rice pudding is tasty to me. I just never have it as no one else in my family enjoys it. The first time at it I was eight at a restaurant. It was such a welcome treat.

That sounds quite delicious. I love tapioca pudding, although I don't get to have it very often.
