Not impressed with the first 2 episodes of this final season of Outlander

This is the 8th and final season of my favorite show--Outlander. The 1st episode aired last Friday and the 2nd yesterday. I really wasn't impressed by either of them. There are 16 episodes and it felt like those 2 were just setting things up for events further down the line. I will watch them again tonight to see if I missed anything good. I hope I did.
