In banana plantations if there if there is no alarm monkeys eat up the bananas

March 14, 2026 9:16pm CST
There are banana plantations where the bananas and products of bananas like thor, mocha grow in bunches. If there are no farmers watching, the bananas are eaten up by monkeys. In rice fields there are scarecrows kept so that birds feel that the farmers are there. But monkeys are too intelligent, whenever they find that there is food useful for them, they will eat them up.

They look like kids getting into fruit trees before the old farmer comes out yelling at them to get out of his fruit trees.

Just now
@sathviksouvik I'm sure they do. Hungry monkeys can eat a lot and destroy more than they eat.

I do remember a cartoon monkey character that loved to eat bananas on the cartoon series on the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) Kids cartoon called Wordgirl who was a Superman parody of heroes.
