Good morning myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 36 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 48. Meh. I woke up just after 3:30am. That seems to be the trend these days. I've been taking 100mg of trazadone to help me sleep. I take it around 9pm and it gets me through to almost 4. Good enough for now. I can always nap later. No big plans for the day. I need to do laundry and of course follow the meds schedule. That's about it. Now that I have time to read I'm catching up on some books I've had sitting in the bookshelf for years. What's everyone else up to today?

I'm listening/watching it rain right now. Our temp is 63F and dropping. At least they took the snow out of the forecast here but not the cold. We have strong winds of 18 mph and gusts up to 30 mph. Something outside is making a high pitched whistle when the wind really blows. We don't have any plans for the day. I hope you're feeling much better now.
