Bad weather

It’s been quite a few days of weather here. We had a very windy day on Friday. All day we had winds at 20 mph gusting upwards of 50 and the temperature around 40F (4C). Saturday came and it was nice out for mid-March around here. Temperature was mid 40’s and sunny. However, Sunday rained all day again in the 40’s till later in the night when it started to drop and a little sleet till about 11pm when it turned to snow. Monday morning, I woke at about 6am to find it was still snowing and blowing and everything was covered in snow. Here it is 8am and snowing like crazy right now. I checked the local forecast, and they are calling for this to continue till 3pm. They also say as of 5:30 am we have gotten 7.2 inches (18cm) of snow. If this keeps up till 3pm who knows how much this is going to add up to. I have an interview scheduled today and they called about an hour ago to see if we could reschedule because they are closed for the day. I didn’t mind at all, that dive would have taken forever. If you are in this same sort of weather be careful if you must go out. Maybe this is the kind of day to just stay home.
