Mid-Week Chit Chat

Happy Wednesday Everyone! the sun isn't shining but that's okay. At least it isn't raining and it's not really as dreary and dismal as other days have been. It's kind of chilly this morning so I put on a nice warm pullover sweater so I'm all comfy.
My morning has flown by. I enjoyed my coffee while catching up on notifications and reading posts/discussions. I always feel like I'm falling behind when it comes to responding.
I spoke to my older daughter and she's feeling a wee bit better. Guess it will be a few more days before she's 100%. At least it's not anything serious (a cold & cough) but it's enough to knock her off her "go, go, go self".
I have the usual things to do around the house which is basically just the simple stuff to keep everything tidy. My daughter takes her lunch break in about an hour so I want to do get some stuff done before that.
I have a reading blanket that I sold to wrap up and get ready to mail. Now I need to buy more yarn to make another one 
Since my older daughter is sick and my younger daughter has to work I might wind up taking a trip to Hobby Lobby by myself. Doesn't sound like much fun so maybe I'll wait and see about going over the weekend.
Tonight is Survivor and we're having pasta for dinner. I'm thinking of eggplant parmesan with spaghetti unless I get sidetracked and don't get around to making the eggplant and then it will be Plan B (whatever that is
)
Looks like another day that will fly by.
How's your day going? Doing anything fun? or working hard?

I hope your daughter is 100% soon.
I ate my lunch while talking with a friend in Saudi Arabia while he was eating his supper. (I ate a chimichanga and he was eating chicken he was dipping in sauce with French fries on the side.) I've known him for around 12 years...
Other than that, nothing else happening here today.

That sounds like a great way to spend your lunch. Isn't it wonderful how we can chat with someone in a different country. 12 years is a good long friendship.

I went to Yoga this morning, and then had some lunch. I was planning to go to Walmart today, but it was windy and cold in town compared to here, and I knew it would be worse at Walmart, plus I really just felt like coming home and relaxing. I have calls to make this afternoon anyway.

My son in law was sick so he probably shared his germs so my daughter was lucky enough to catch whatever he had.

I had a lazy day ….
I sold some books this morning ….the lady came to collect them , so I was able to have a lie in.
I went into town for a few bits of shopping.
Came home, had lunch,sorted receipts, took a few surveys whilst watching tv,

Surely by the weekend she will be feeling her usual self.
That would be perfect timing for you all to go to Hobby Lobby together, that sounds like fun doesn't it?
I worked today, but I finished early and Grandpa and the babies came to pick me up.
I rolled out playdough with the girls today and cut out shapes with them, and after we cleaned that up, they got out the construction paper, and asked me to trace their hands, and they traced mine and coloured it. Harper, who has a memory like an elephant, told me that she remembers me tracing her hand when she was a baby. Of course that was only a few years ago, but it is monumental to her.

Eggplant parm it is so im happy I didn't lazy out and de ide on something else.

Wednesday was a great day here, quite warm, sunny and bright, blue sky
But we had a delivery to wait on for so didn't get out
Plan B sounds good lol
