Two United States Navy (USN) sailors who are stationed in Naval Air Station (NAS) were in Pensacola Florida on Sunday night when a male driver who suffered a medical illness crashed his auto into Bayou Chico Creek and had been inside his auto that was underwater needing someone to rescue him.
One sailor jumped into the creek via a boardwalk as he managed to break open the sunroof of a white Mercedes auto to get the stricken driver out of his auto while his partner managed to get the stricken driver to the shore and give him first aid before paramedics arrived to take the driver of the submerged auto to a local hospital to be treated for his injuries.
Hopefully the 37 year old accident victim will make a full recovery from his injuries. Thank goodness for our brave men and women who serve in the armed forces.

The driver suffered from a medical condition that caused him to lose control of his auto.

I hope so as well that the two sailors get a reward for saving the life of the stricken driver.

It shows that as well as being trained in killing people, the Navy, and defence officers, are also trained in first-aid techniques too.
The driver was lucky that they were nearby, and bravely rescued him like that, as getting someone out of a sinking car, is not an easy task, and then they knew first aid too, and so the driver, hopefully will recover fully.

I hope so since the driver was conscious when he was rescued by the sailors.
