I'm headed to Centralia, about an hour away, to ride with my oldest daughter and son-in-law to Mt Rainier and visit before they go back to Oregon tomorrow. We've been there before, but it's been pouring so we'll see how far they let us go.
They came here yesterday for the day.
I'm better today and going to enjoy getting out on this rainy day in Washington.
I just wanted to pop in and say hello and I'll be back later tonight or tomorrow to do some catching up.
Any plans today?

It sounds like a great day ahead for you today, time spent with family is always the very best.
I just finished working and have the dishwasher running.
Its my down-time for the day, my husband will order and pick up a pizza for supper tonight.

@Juliaacv We live far from all the big stores so we plan bi-weekly for Walmart and monthly for Costco. My son and I share the membership and between us, we get money back that pays for it plus some. Our store locally is very high so I limit what I get there.

@noni1959 No. I mostly lay under my blanket with my eyes closed. I managed to fall asleep for a couple of hours.

@augusta123 It is good air but we have a lot of humidity that causes us to sneeze a lot. It's real nice compared to cities.

It's Friday morning here and it's a very hot day gain. Apart from work, there's nothing much else to do. Nothing exciting to my day at all.

I thought of you while I was there. I left my truck at the La Quinta, where they were staying, and we took his truck to Mt Rainier. We made it all the way up to the historic area and it had a lot of snow. We couldn't go where my daughter and I did last year to take photos. Snow closed that little road. The lower areas had less snow but a lot of water falls and rushing rivers. It was so beautiful. The low clouds hid a lot of mountainous areas too.
