Does blood money making exist in your country?

I just had a friend dad died yesterday. And I was told he went doing blood money and he got killed by the cult group as he couldn't performed his given rituals for more money. I'm just knowing about this do you know about this? Is this real! Does it exist in your country?

@eLdav1s Once in a great while you'll hear about somebody hiring a "hit man" to kill his wife or kids and the guy pays for the service by giving the killer the insurance money from their deaths... But, usually, the police figure that kind of killing out and arrest the guy that hired the hit man. Or they arrest the hit man and he tells who hired him so the police arrest both men.

I don't hear about blood money rituals in us, but is very common here in my country.

I have heard about tons of people who do this, i don't know if it is actually real, but what i do know is that these things don't last, and the repercussions is definitely not worth it.
