The green capsicum plantations grow well at this time. In India the green ones grow the best. Very rarely red and yellow ones grow. The capsicum is used as a salad. In chowmin and fried rice they are chopped into small pieces and given. They are watery and farmlands require heavy watering.

@sathviksouvik I like them all. There doesn't seem to be much difference in taste but they all add colour to a dish. The green ones that I grew would turn red if I left them on the bush.

thanks Jimbo the capsicum are mild hot they are not as hot as the chillies

We buy all three colors and dice them into eggs, soups and stews or eat them raw.
