Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 49 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is 64. We also are expecting storms tonight. They keep predicting that and then the storms never materialized. Not much planned for the day. I am going to hang with my mother for awhile. I haven't seen her in months because she's been in Florida avoiding the NJ winter weather. Hopefully it will go smoothly. We shall see. Hoping to catch up with my ex later. I'm sure he is still asleep right now. We shall see on that one too. What's everyone else up to today?

I love that mindset about being grateful for what you have; it really puts things into perspective. Your advice about saving and working for what you want is spot on. It’s such a great lesson for kids—and honestly, for all of us. Nothing beats that sense of pride when you earn something yourself!

I’m just trying to get rid of this miserable migraine. It will be 93 F so I’ll be staying inside today. Heat makes my head worse. Fingers crossed your time with your mom goes well.

Good morning! Have a great time with your mother. Well, I was a bit busy early in the morning cooking some food celebrating my younger brother's graduation. And will be hitting to bed soon to have a goodnight sleep.
