Roast beef today …..and Yorkies ….. and mustard …..

Yes, The Mister is well again…..
So we have been to Moms for Sunday lunch.
Today we had roast beef with roast potatoes, sweetheart cabbage, cauliflower, Yorkshire puddings and gravy. I also have English mustard on the side.
The beef was so delicious ….
For pudding we had Sherry trifle……home made , of course.

That's great that the Mister is so much better. Is your Mum improving too? Sounds like she is well enough to cook at least.

@JudyEv they told her 4 to 6 weeks at the very least ….maybe more due to her age. This is week 4 I think…..

She is a lot better …she didn’t shout out in pain today ….most of the rash has blistered now ….she is still taking painkillers but not as many .x

Yes, you can get loads of different mustards. I like English mustard …it’s made in Norwich in the UK.
You can have French, Dijon, whole grain, …there are lots of different ones….

@traceyjayne Well done to the mister. I had a microwaved sausage roll at lunch time and it repeated on me all afternoon. For dinner it was a steak ciabatta in a place I’ve just written about.

Roast beef sounds soooo good. Glad you enjoyed it.
Today we're having spaghetti with meatballs & garlic bread. Maybe a small salad on the side.
