Loose change

I found loose change in the basement next to my laundry detergent—two quarters, a few dimes, a few nickels, and many pennies. I counted them out and the total came to $1.22. Guess this must have been the change the contractor found inside the old furniture that was in the basement that he took apart. Wonder how all these coins got in there. Lucky me! I put them all in their respective coin rolls that are already partially filled. Hopefully they will get full soon enough so I can deposit them to the bank.

Wonder why the contractor never just either put them in his pocket, or have them to you I'm guessing they fell out of people's pockets

I have no idea why she did not do that. And he didn’t even tell me about them. I just noticed them when I went into the basement.

I know. Wish I knew why it’s happening all of a sudden.

It’s always nice to find money, even if it isn’t much.

I have found a lot of loose change too lately. I put them in my change jar without counting..but I think it was probably more than a dollar.

I don’t have a coin jar. I put them in the coin rolls right away.

I'm sure a great many coins are sitting under couch cushions, etc.
