Had a Massage Today

I have never had a massage ….not sure I would like someone touching my body …. Pleased you enjoyed it and felt better afterwards.

I typically get massages every few months also. Coincidentally, I also used a gift card, just yesterday, that I received for Christmas. My son and his family tucked a $100 card for a ladies clothing shop that I like to go to but they recently relocated and the store is smaller and they carry less. I was able to use the gift card for something that I spied online. The order will arrive tomorrow and I'm a happy camper!

I do. I love body massages and I get them on a regular basis. Especially when I'm under a lot of stress.

I was getting a cupping/massage appointment for a long time, but I don’t have a way of doing that anymore. It’s a shame since it helped me so much.

@looeyville No way would I let anyone poke at me, although I might like the end result. I have an awful back and the best therapy for it is a long hot bath, preferably with seaweed in it.

I have trigger points. When I have had gift cards a few times for a message, I have given messages a try. They absolutely set off pain spots that stayed with me for days and days, so I have to take a hard pass on a message. But I am glad they help you and others.
