Of course I did regret putting houseplants out. I cover them at night right now. I just thought the blooming ones especially would enjoy the heat and sun--then it chilled off on us.
The reason I am sure it is spring is not the dandelions, which suddenly have appeared, but it is the honeybees I saw on the dandelions.
We are going to warm back up again, or so they say. Then likely chill again. Just the normal Kansas spring time roller coaster.

The kalanchoes are really loving it, they are pretty cold tolerant. The others do struggle a bit, but they will recover.

I am carrying plants in and out according to the weather. But we are still going below freezing at times

Yes, honeybees are great. I also am running into wasps. Yuk.

My daffodils have come up. It will be cold Friday and Saturday but in the 50s and 60s the rest of the week.

Honeybees coming out there definitely is a sign of spring. Sometimes weather can get you confusing. We are in the end of spring. The overcast weather is making it pleasant

@GardenGerty Yes, in the last two days, it's a bit hot from 11_4 in the daytime. The weather is otherwise pleasant.
