No reason

That’s my younger son and his fiancée, Aniella, in the photo when they were in the South of France or on the western coast of France visiting her aunt and uncle in September. They were in both places, but not at once.
Anyway, Aniella texted me a photo of flowers that my son gave her for no reason at all. She thanked us for raising such a great guy. I replied saying something like - I have no idea how that thought entered his mind and ended with a 
But I lied.
Although it hurts me to cut flowers from my garden, I still appreciate a bouquet for no reason at all, too.
Can’t wait to see them the second we return up north!

Kinda. There used to be a 'saloon' on that border, half in TX the other in NM but I couldn't tell which state I was in at any time ..... and of course I was gettin blitzed at the time so I probably did and didn't know it. They had to tear the place down due to differences in drinking age laws, NM was set for 19 yr old to be allowed to drink but here in TX it was still 21 ..... boy, those were some strange days.

They both are, I am proud to admit. We all love her, and even better, she looks upon hubs as her father figure. (Her father lives in France and is divorced from her mother, who moved back to the USA. The aunt they visited is her father’s sister).
