Well, I was up early this morning as I was meeting Mom to do the shopping. We were all done by 10.30 and back at Moms for 10.45. I was starving though ….i don’t really do breakfast. So the baguette went in the air fryer to cook. They take no time at all to cook …well , 7 minutes ….but oh crikey !, waiting for it to cool down when I’m starving is not good …. Anyway, I had a turkey baguette and a blueberry muffin for pudding. For tonight’s tea I had a Cornish pasty, mustard and gravy…. What have you had to eat today ?

I had delicious homemade taco soup, some seafood salad, and Salisbury steak with macaroni and cheese.

@traceyjayne A small omelette and an uneasy chicken and broccoli bake from Asda. Not very satisfying fare. My mouth and stomach feel a bit violated after the chicken bake offence - I rarely eat store bought meals. Don’t know what might redeem things and put me back in good dietary form.

I've burnt my tongue many a time through not waiting for food to cool down.

Just a PB&J sandwich so far. I will have some chicken and rice when I'm done here.

It all sounds good to me! I still have some frozen wild blueberries from my cousin, who brought them to me last fall from Minnesota. She brought 2 HUGE bags and we have enjoyed them so much. There was enough to make blueberry muffins today, and enough blueberries for several more recipes. They are simply delicious.
