Friend thinks he wants to start a bidding war

So, yesterday we walked down past the neighbor's house at the lower end of the street, the one that is for sale. They are having open houses every day, which is a bit unusual. Anyway, apparently the property is for sale for about half of what I thought it would be. I was telling friend, that is really priced to sell. He said he thinks they want to start a bidding war, where they might have multiple offers coming in. Anyway, lots of space and nice living room with an attached garage, and a detached boat garage I think the property is really a bargain for what they have it listed for, and of course they have the boat slip as well.

Bidding wars are quite the rage up north. The houses going up on our street in Florida are so out of our price range. There are three being built along the water and one being refurbished. There is one lot up for sale, again totally out of our price range.

Yep, we shall see. It will probably be a family. Just the owner and his wife and dog lived there..really too much house for two people. I don't think they entertained a lot

I like the mini golf course. That would be fun to have This guy (couple) has another unique feature on the property. The mailbox is built into a masonry column.

Your description sounds like that's a really nice house and I'm sure it will be scooped up quickly. The houses in my community usually sell pretty quickly which is good just in case I ever want to move.
