In bengal the fish egg fry is popular. The eggs of carps fishes like rohu, katla, swarna fish are sold along with the fish pishes. they are sold as raw pieces. then they are fried with cornflour onions chillies and eaten with rice.

thanks DE the trick is when you cook a fish create a garlic ginger onion paste and fry it. Any side reaction of raw fish will disappear. Thereafter when you give turmeric and chilli powder it will add taste and convert it into watery curry by adding water. In bengal every fish curry is cooked with either potato or raw banana or pointed gourd
