For April, the celebration of my birthday continues as we look at songs that are celebrating a birthday this year. Two more decades for April: 1956 and 1966.
You'll get a lot of memories from sixty years ago with these songs. Why will you remember these songs when you don't remember those from "only" (she said) 40 years back? You've had 20 more years to hear them for one thing! 
There will be country (that's all I listened to when I was a kid...all of this other stuff I had to discover after the fact)! There will be R&B! There will be rock!!

As it’s your birthday month, I’m expecting some very obscure songs, but I’m sure I’ll know a few of them (I hope!)
Dusty is one of my favourites from the 60’s, so we are off to a good start. I’m not so hot on the 50’s, so I’ll have to rely on my parents musical choices from the 60’s to help me.
