Chicken and potato salad….

So for tea this evening I have decided to make a chicken and potato salad. I have a lovely piece of chicken that I’m going to cook in the air fryer ….and some baby salad potatoes , just boiled. I will add some chopped Spring onions and mayo …. Voila ! Yummy tea …. What are you having for tea this evening ?

I asked Pretty yesterday if she wanted to go out and eat and she was too tired. She suggested we go out this evening, instead. (I forgot so I ate some leftover spaghetti with meat sauce and steamed veggies for late lunch.) I'll probably just have some fresh fruit instead of going out later. I have some nice plums, red raspberries and some early cherries in the fridge.
