It rained a bit last night!

I did not hear water running out of the gutters, so it must have been a light rain. But the pavement told me this morning that it had rained last night.
I was happy to see it. Now I don't have to cycle out and water the "bike path garden." OK, it's not a garden yet. Just a bunch of seeds planted with a prayer.
Right now it is cloudy but calm. I actually hope we get some more rain.

I hope the young man in your photo was careful around the prickly pear cactuses. It can be difficult to draw all the spines out if you touch one even by accident.
We have partially cloudy skies here with the clouds building up for the week of rain and storms we're supposed to get. We really need the rain. Otherwise, it is 81F and I just turned the A/C on. My bedroom was 80F. The heat woke me up early today.
