I cooked an Omelette
Oh yes
Our kind neighbour gave us a carton of eggs tonight straight from the farm
So I had to use some eggs that we had in the fridge
So I used 11 smalls hens eggs
I also used Mushrooms, Cheese, Salami and Tomatoes
Very tasty if I say so myself
So we had an Omelette
What did you have for your dinner or what will you have?

@Ineeddentures must have been medium. Here the smallest in the store are called medium but they are small.

If they were called medium it was a lie

@Ineeddentures even if you wouldn't have added those ingredients, it would have tasted good

It does look good. I have some pullet eggs. I did not know what they were..apparently they are from young hens. I think some left over pizza tonight. I don't feel like cooking.

Pullet eggs are small, rich eggs laid by young hens that are just starting their laying cycle, typically around 18 weeks old. They are often considered a delicacy due to their intense flavor and higher yolk-to-white ratio, but are usually not found in supermarkets because of their size.
