Sitting outside on a hot day / myLot

The sun is in full force and it’s 81 degrees. I’m sitting outside but it’s too hot for me above 75 I do need fresh air and sunshine every day though so I’m trying to make it 30 minutes. It’s been 20 minutes so far Have you spent time outdoors today?

I did yeah, when I did my steps. It was about half an hour give or take. I did a little bit of work outside as well.

I haven’t gone outside today. My weather app says the high for today is 80. Maybe that’s why it’s a bit warm and stuffy in the house. I prefer weather below 70 but low 70s can be ok as long as it’s not super humid.
